Recruitment costs

We were asked to provide details on:
Q1) The job titles of all those who left your department from January 2007- December 2012, and their job titles at their subsequent workplaces
Q2) The annual costs to your department on recruitment for the same period.
Q3) The number of new employees taken on by your department annually for the same period.
Q4) The number of new employees taken on by your department at entry level: either graduate or on the civil-service fast track.
Q5) The cost of putting graduates through the civil service fast=track, and the point at which it is estimated that this investment is returned.
Q6) If there is no relevant fast-track scheme in our department, then the estimated amount of money invested in taking on an entry-level employee, and the point at which it is estimated that this investment is returned.
Q7) Recruitment costs broken down for different stages of employment: ie at entry level, executive level etc.
A1) The job titles of all those who left our department from January 2007- December 2012, (see Table 1 below). However, we do not hold information of their job titles at their subsequent workplaces.
