Details

RCGF is an internal fund within the accounts of an organisation that recycles grant money for certain development projects instead of having to pay it back because of a change of circumstances.

All registered providers (social housing developers and owners registered with the Regulator of Social Housing) that use a RCGF made of funds generated outside of London must submit an annual end of year return to Homes England.

This guidance shows how to record details of grant which has been credited to the RCGF in the previous year and how the grant has been, or will be, spent. Find out more about the RCGF in the grant recovery chapter of the Capital Funding Guide.
