This is additional technical guidance for the recyclability assessment methodology.
It covers:
- how to classify your packaging and correctly report it
- the stages of recyclability, and how these relate to the red, amber and green ratings
- rules around take-back schemes
- definitions of technical terms
This supplements the guidance on individual materials, which can tell you the rating of a particular packaging material.
There is also a broader overview of the RAM that explains:
