We use property technology products to make better-informed, strategic decisions about how we manage, maintain and evolve our buildings.
We are leading the Government standards for IT networks and wi-fi, access control, audio visual equipment, mobile signal boosting and occupancy management.
Our smart building strategy is enabling greater asset performance and maintenance, with data-backed decisions generating cost and energy efficiencies.
We have also set ambitious standards for the use of Building Information Modelling, digital twins and 5D CAD.
