This report presents findings from our investigation into the digital behaviours of parents in low-income households that experience parental conflict. The findings have given us new insight into opportunities for us to provide better digital services and ultimately help to improve outcomes for children.

The Department for Work and Pensions has developed the Reducing Parental Conflict programme to help local authorities and their partners across England to integrate services and approaches which address parental conflict into their local services for families. We want to share what we have learned as it will be of interest to others in central and local government, the voluntary sector and digital providers.
