The following Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) forms will soon be removed from the GOV.UK website. They will continue to be available on the site for a short period, after which the associated letters, forms and memos will only be available via Jaggaer.

- Annex 6: Intervention Notification
- Annex A: for Live Running Memo 5, 6 and 7
- Annex B: for Live Running Memo 5 High to Moderate gap referral process
- Annex B: for Live Running Memo 6 High to Moderate discretion referral process
- Annex B: for Live Running Memo 7 High to Moderate group referral process
- Annex A: for Live Running Memo 10 RPC1
- Annex B: for Live Running Memo 10 group process
Summary and action
Should you require an accessible version of any of the RPC forms listed in this memo you will need to request them via email at CEPSPECIALIST.PROVISIONENQUIRIES@DWP.GOV.UK
Updated Provider Guidance will be with you shortly, but this change can be implemented with immediate effect.
