Dear provider and local authority,

The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) provider guidance has been updated following a number of queries and changes including:

  • offering face to face interventions at the Initial Assessment and recording this action on the Intervention Plan
  • changes to the COVID boxes in order to clarify the return to face to face interviews
  • instructions on how to proceed if a participant requests their records are deleted

Please note the above are only some of the changes within this guidance.

Summary and action

RPC Provider guidance has been updated and version 7 will be published on the GOV.UK provider guidance website as soon as possible.

Please ensure your supply chain is notified of the most recent guidance and ensure all staff adheres to the latest version.
