The Reducing Parental Conflict face-to-face provision has ended and this guidance is no longer in use. Find other DWP provider guidance.

This memo is for:

  • Reducing Parental Conflict providers for Contract Package Area (CPA) 1, 2 and 4
  • local authorities for CPA 1, 2 and 4

The following communications arrangements should be adopted now that the Reducing Parental Conflict face-to-face provision has entered its live running phase.

Summary and action

From 24 June 2019, any queries regarding Reducing Parental Conflict face-to-face provision should be directed towards the performance managers listed in this memo. They will deal with your query accordingly and provide you with a formal response.

Please do not send any further queries though BRAVO, designated inboxes or other individuals that you have previously used.

Any questions already raised will be dealt with through the old process.

Suppliers should continue to send all commercial requests through the BRAVO messaging system. If in doubt, please check with your performance manager or commercial team.
