Details

This report considers disasters resulting from natural hazards. It provides advice to decision makers on how science can inform the difficult choices and priorities in disaster risk reduction (DRR), so that the impacts of future disasters can be reduced. It looks at the present and future potential of science to enhance DRR and identifies implications for decision makers up to 2040.
