Rule 3 of the Design Right (proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 is the main rule governing the completion and filing of this form.
This form must be filled together with a statement in duplicate setting out the matters referred to in Rule 3(1).
Identification may be made by providing drawings, photographs or other identifying material.
All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
