Details
You can contact your local Electoral Registration Office and ask them to post a form to you. You’ll then need to return the completed form to your local Electoral Registration Office.
Use this form to register to vote by post if you’re in the armed forces. You can also register to vote online
This form allows you to be registered for 5 years at a fixed address in the UK even if you move around. You must renew your application every 5 years, but you can cancel it at any time. Registering as a service voter is particularly useful if you are based overseas or think you may be posted overseas in the next few years.
The form will ask for your National Insurance number (but you can still register if you do not have one). Find your National Insurance number.
Your unit has a designated Unit Registration Officer who will be able to give you more information and advice. Ask your administration office for contact details.
