The Biometrics and Surveillance Camera Commissioner comments on the second regulations made under section 24 of the Coronavirus Act 2020. The second set of regulations came into effect on 1 October 2020 and expired on 24 March 2021. This further report has been produced to inform Parliament of the impact of the section 24 regulations over this period.
