The SAU has published a report providing advice to DESNZ and UKIB concerning the proposed Sizewell C FID Scheme.
The report includes the SAU’s evaluation of DESNZ and UKIB’s assessment of compliance of the proposed scheme with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
