1. The number of Republic of Korea nationals that were refused a long stay visa (student visa, work permit visa, etc) in South Korea and of those the number of which appeals were received and allowed from 2007 to September 2014.

2. Average external customer service processing times for visa applications made in South Korea from 2007 to September 2014.
