Details
Any material that you submit with this form will be made available to the public. A copy will also be sent to the patent proprietor (unless you are the proprietor) and to other interested parties. These will include anyone you mention in your request, any registered licensees of the patent in question, and others. You should be careful not to make any statement that constitutes an unjustified threat to sue for patent infringement (see section 70 of the Patents Act 1977).
You must file two copies of a statement at the same time as you file the form. You must also provide two copies of any evidence or other document which is referred to in the statement. A translation into English should be provided of any document not in English or Welsh.
All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
