You may use this form for more than one application or patent if the same request is involved.

Schedule

The schedule document can be used when more than one patent or application is affected by the same transaction. This will avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of requests for EP and GB cases.

The schedule can be used in conjunction with forms 20, 21 and 51.
