UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff explaining the provisions in relation to asylum saved by Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Immigration, Nationality and Asylum (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

It gives information on application requests made to the UK before the end of the transition period at 11pm on 31 December 2020 with reference to the “Dublin family provisions”.
