Details

All large raised reservoirs in England must have on-site emergency flood plan.

This guidance is to help reservoir undertakers (owners and operators) and reservoir engineers to prepare flood plans.

   We've removed 2 documents: Small reservoir: on-site plan for reservoir dam incidents and Upper reservoir: on-site plan for reservoir dam incidents.

   The details section of the page has changed to reflect the updates to the attachments following the ministerial direction issued on 22 April 2021.

   Owners and undertakers of all large raised reservoirs in England must have an on-site emergency flood plan, and must consult with an engineer.
