The Home Office responds to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration’s (ICIBI) report titled ‘An Inspection of the Home Office’s use of sanctions and penalties’.

The department accepts or partially accepts both of the ICIBI’s recommendations.

Date of inspection: November 2019 to October 2020.
