Details

The Commission issued a public consultation on the 16 July 2015 seeking views on the future of Liquefied Natural Gas and Gas Storage within Europe.

The consultation closed on the 30 September 2015. The objective of the consultation was to inform a future EU strategy by asking stakeholders for their views on the challenges and opportunities they see for LNG and gas storage in the EU and how these might boost security of supply, competitiveness and sustainability. The attached document is the UK government response to this consultation.
