Following the Independent Chief Inspector’s report, ‘The effectiveness and impact of immigration detention casework: a joint thematic review by HM Inspectorate of Prisons and the Independent Chief Inspector’, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has published a response to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration’s (ICIBI) recommendations.
