Following the Independent Chief Inspector’s report, ‘A comparative inspection of the visas sections that process applications submitted in Africa, Nairobi, Abuja, Pretoria and the UK visa section’, UK Visas and Immigration has published a response to the Independent Chief Inspector’s recommendations.
