The Home Office responds to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration’s (ICIBI) report titled ‘An Inspection of the Home Office Presenting Officer function’.

The Home Office accepts the ICIBI’s recommendations which align with the priorities of the leadership team in Appeals, Litigation and Administrative Review (ALAR).
