Responsible Actors Scheme: members list

The Responsible Actors Scheme was launched on 21 July 2023. Developers who are being invited to join the Scheme will have 60 days to respond the invitation.

This page will be updated over coming weeks to list the names of companies who have joined the Scheme.

This Responsible Actors Scheme Members list is published in accordance with Regulation 20 (1) (a) of the Building Safety (Responsible Actors Scheme and Prohibitions) Regulations 2023. Under the Regulations, the Secretary of State must prepare, maintain and publish a list of members of the Responsible Actors Scheme.
