This guidance applies to:

• people with significant control (PSCs) of a Scottish limited partnership (SLP) or a Scottish qualifying partnership (SQP)
• PSCs who are eligible to apply to restrict disclosure of all PSC information on the public Companies House register
• advisers to an SLP or SQP
