This guidance applies to:
- people with significant control (PSCs) of a Scottish limited partnership (SLP) or a Scottish qualifying partnership (SQP)
- PSCs who are eligible to apply to restrict disclosure of all PSC information on the public Companies House register
- advisers to an SLP or SQP
