In August 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority published its final report following its investigation into the retail banking market.
The Remedies Implementation Programme Board (RIPB) has been put together to oversee how all of the banking remedies are implemented over time.
The terms of reference sets out the purpose of the RIPB, its membership and how the Board will operate.
