Details

This impact assessment examines measures being taken forward to introduce a number of relaxations including allowing agricultural buildings to convert to other uses supporting rural growth; allowing a range of buildings temporary alternate uses for up to two years and increase the size thresholds for commercial buildings.

There will also be permission for allowing buildings within a use class to change to a new state funded school for a single academic year and permanent change to a new state funded school from certain specified use classes.
