Please email your application and supporting documents to revalidation@mcga.gov.uk

Please ensure your documents are included as attachments or within a .zip folder. Unfortunately, we cannot open .rar extensions or links to file-sharing services (e.g. OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox etc).

You must complete the Application Form MSF 4201 and the Signature Form. The Passport Photo Form is optional for those who wish to submit a new photograph in cases where your previous CoC photograph is of poor quality or your appearance has significantly changed.

If you are revalidating only your GMDSS Certificate, please use form MSF 4354 instead.
