Details
Section 13 of the Justice and Security Act 2013 contains a requirement to review the operation of closed material procedure (CMP).
Sir Duncan Ouseley conducted the review, which was published in February 2022.
The government has now published its response to the independent review. The response has been laid before Parliament.
