Details

Final report of the Independent Expert Review Group established to review the protocols by which the advice of Natural England and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee on Marine Conservation Zone site designations was formulated.

This Group also reviewed the advice itself.

Please note, however, that it does not include comments on Section 4.4 (Advice on recommended features not listed in the Ecological Network Guidance representativity guidelines) of the Advice. Section 4.4 was provided to the IERG much later than the rest of the draft Advice so, the IERG had insufficient time to adequately review this section prior to the submission of its final report.
