This variation is to add a groundwater activity, as defined by the Groundwater Directive and Schedule 22 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as amended, for the re-injection of produced water resulting from the extraction of hydrocarbons from the Portland Sand Formation and Kimmeridge Clay Formation back into the Portland Sand Formation via well BRX3.
