Details

The current river basin management plans were published in February 2016. The plans must be reviewed and updated every 6 years.

The report attached to this page summarises the Environment Agency’s decision making to screen out a strategic environmental assessment. This is under the justification of minor modifications to the existing river basin management plans.

The Environment Agency has found that the plans are unlikely to have significant effects on the environment. As such, they do not intend to carry out an environmental assessment and prepare an environmental report for the plans.
