This guidance is from the Secretary of State for the Environment Agency.

Guidance for river basin planning function for the planning period from 2021 to 2027.

It sets out expectations for the main steps and principles of the river basin planning process and the documents the Environment Agency must produce.

This guidance replaces the river basin planning guidance 2015.
