How to find the lock
Address: Clifton Hampden, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 3EH.
From the A415 (Abingdon to Dorchester road), turn south onto Clifton Hampden High Street.
Follow the footpath south and upstream to the lock. The route is marked on the map with a green dashed line.
Facilities
There is no car parking at the lock.
You may park at the car park near the Barley Mow pub where local restrictions permit.
No toilets are available at the lock.
Where to fish
Follow the path south-west and upstream from the lock.
You may fish from the footpath in the signposted area. This area is marked in red on the map.

This site is available between 1 November and 14 March only.
You may fish from dawn to dusk at this site. You must show your permit to the lock keeper during the lock keepers’ hours of duty.
