You can find more information on lock base mooring, including how to apply, on the locks and facilities for boaters page.

The Environment Agency also offers short stay mooring at lock sites and between locks. You may have to pay a fee at some sites, either for mooring at any time or after an initial free period. Signs at the mooring sites will usually show the charges payable.
