RJ & HW Wrinch: applications made to abstract water

RJ & HW Wrinch has applied to the Environment Agency for two licences.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of these applications in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The first application (NPS/WR/043918) is for a full licence to abstract water from the unnamed stream at National Grid Reference (NGR) TM 22507 37107 near Redhouse Farm, Shotley, Ipswich.
The application is to abstract water as follows:

44 cubic metres an hour

1,037 cubic metres a day

50,000 cubic metres a year
-
between 1 November and 31 March inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for storage for subsequent spray irrigation and storage for subsequent wetland support.
The second application (NPS/WR/044060) is for a full licence to abstract water from the unnamed stream at NGR TM 23685 35628 near Over Hall Farm, Shotley, Ipswich.
The application is to abstract water as follows:

44 cubic metres an hour

1,037 cubic metres a day

40,000 cubic metres a year
-
between 1 November and 31 March inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for storage for subsequent spray irrigation.
