Details

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has a small amount of grant funding available to local authorities. The fund is to develop best practice amongst local authorities as they undertake enforcement activities to raise standards in the private rented sector.

We want to encourage new or innovative approaches to taking enforcement action that can become self-sustaining and be shared with other local authorities.

The deadline for applications is 30 November 2018.
