Details

This form should be used by referring laboratories to submit surveillance samples for the infant rotavirus immunisation programme to the Enteric Virus Unit (EVU) for genotypic analysis.

Do not submit rotavirus surveillance samples using other forms, for example E1 form, as this may result in the wrong tests being performed and referring laboratories being charged accidentally.
