The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) provides the government with external, independent scrutiny of the impact of new regulatory and deregulatory proposals on business and civil society. This report provides a stocktake of the RPC’s work across the reporting period from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018, and outlines its vision and priorities for the coming year.
