1. Welcome and apologies
01/03/24 There were no apologies from board members. The Director of Finance and Corporate Services and the Board Secretary sent their apologies.
2. Declarations of interest
02/03/24 There were no new declarations of interest.
3. Minutes of meeting 20 February 2024
03/03/24 The confidential and public minutes from 20 February 2024 were considered and agreed, subject to minor amendments.
4. Matters arising
04/03/24 Members considered the matters arising from previous meetings. The following updates were provided:
• BC updated members that there was no further news on the recruitment of new NEDs.
5. Board forward planner
05/03/24 Members considered the forward planner and noted the planned papers and workshop sessions.
