Details

This policy relates to further development of an existing policy, i.e. the UKG’s commitment, in Article 2(1) of the Protocol, that there will be no diminution of certain rights, safeguards and equality of opportunity protections, as set out in the chapter of the Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement of the same name, as a result of the UK’s exit from the European Union.
