Details

Public authorities throughout the United Kingdom are able to apply for a free portrait of His Majesty The King as part of a government-funded scheme to mark the new reign.

The voluntary scheme is UK wide, and those public authorities in scope are: ministerial and non-ministerial government departments, executive agencies, executive and advisory NDPBs, councils, schools (excluding private or non-maintained), prisons, courts, police forces, fire and rescue services, and a small number of ‘other’ public authorities not captured by other definitions.

The Northern Ireland Office falls within the scope of this scheme.
