The Derogation relates to:
BATc47 – Sulphur dioxide emissions from flue-gases of kiln firing
BATc51 – HCI (and HF) emissions from flue-gases of kiln firing
BATc53 – Group III metal emissions from flue-gases of kiln firing
The Derogation will expire on 31st December 2024
