Research report about the SA252 letter issued to Pay As You Earn (PAYE) higher rate taxpayers and those with complex tax affairs who may need to register for Self Assessment.

The research looked at adding information about the High Income Child Benefit Charge to the SA252 to let higher rate taxpayers know they may need to register for Self Assessment because of it.
