Safety before status: the solutions is the second report from the Domestic Abuse Commissioner that seeks to improve the policy response to victims and survivors of domestic abuse with insecure immigration status and no recourse to public funds (NRPF).

It is based on commissioned research undertaken by the London School of Economics, in partnership with the Oxford Migration Observatory.
