Summary of the fatal man overboard accident from the fishing vessel Enterprise (PD147) while 16nm north of Dogger Bank in the North Sea on 9 July 2015 highlighting the key safety lessons learned during the investigation. It also demonstrates the importance of wearing lifejackets while working on deck and the benefits of conducting regular emergency drills.
