These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from a non-governmental organisation (NGO) stating that Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) (‘Bank B’) did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The NGO, Sakhalin Environment Watch, is based in Russia.
