Details

The Disposal Services Authority (DSA) is inviting bidders to tender for the Sale of De Havilland Vampire tail number: XD622 and viewings will take place on either 6 or 7 February 2015.

Requesting to view the De Havilland Vampire aircraft will be treated as an Expression of Interest with a closing date for expressions of interest 17.00hrs (GMT) Thursday 29 January 2015.

Requests to view the aircraft must be received by the above date.

The Disposal Services Authority (DSA) is the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) organisation with the sole authority to dispose of all MOD surplus equipment in the UK and overseas for example aircraft, aircraft spares, ships, boats, river craft and other marine vessels and spares, military and domestic’s vehicles, with the exception of nuclear, domestic waste and infrastructure. The DSA is unique in government, specialising in disposal of surplus equipment.
