The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Sarah Vanessa Owens and Gareth Lyn Owens T/A GL & SV Owens with effect from 12 October 2018
  • disqualify Sarah Vanessa Owens indefinitely from acting as transport manager with effect from 12 October 2018. She would need to re-sit her CPC as a rehabilitation measure before applying to cancel the disqualification order
  • disqualify Gareth Lyn Owens and Sarah Vanessa Owens from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence for a period of 5 years with effect from 12 October 2018
