Details

On 22 January 2020, Natural England submitted a collection of reports to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs setting out the proposals for improved access to the coast between Harwich and Shotley Gate.

The independent planning inspector appointed by the Secretary of State (the ‘appointed person’) is minded to determine that these proposals do not strike a fair balance in response to the objection concerning land at Ray Lane, Ramsey to Stone Point, Wrabness (see report HSG2).

Read the notice for details of the objection, the planning inspector’s response and how to make a representation.

The opportunity to comment closed on Tuesday 19 September 2023. You can no longer make a representation on this objection.
